# And Movin' On...

Just a brief personal note thanking Bill for his contributions to Evolving Excellence over the last seven years (really, that long?). When I first met Bill I liked his style as it meshed well with my own attitude and opinions - especially when discussing the numbskulls that are unfortunately way too common in our industry. Like all of you I have learned a lot from Bill, and I expect to continue learning from him.

This isn't a surprise - Bill and I discussed his new endeavors over a year ago. I'm excited for him, and we've even talked about other ways to continue to collaborate. As [you read a few weeks ago](https://www.kevinmeyer.com/shibumi-daruma/), I recently completed a transition of my own, and I'm hoping that will begin to free up a bit more time - some of which I plan to use to do some more writing - on Evolving Excellence and elsewhere.

So stay tuned. There will probably be the occasional guest post, and I welcome submissions. After all, that's how I discovered Bill!
