Bill Waddell is an independent lean manufacturing consultant and the author of Rebirth of American Industry. He has been a lean practioner for over 20 years. His published works include numerous articles on lean manufacturing and he recently edited Hiroyuki Hirano's JIT is Flow. Bill works with Lean Affiliates, the world's leading group of lean enterprise transformation specialists. He lives and works in Tucson, Arizona.
